| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | I parked in front of 563 Broadway on 02/02/2022 at 6:30pm, there was no sign for street work or snow removal. I have attached the sign that was there that states no parking 02/01-02/02 between the hours of 8pm-5am. When I went to get in my car to go to work morning of 02/03/2022, my car was gone. I called the police station and they said that I was towed due to snow emergency, when there was none. I ended up having to get my car from the tow yard and payed $153.64. I was towed with no valid reason, and I would like to be reimburse for this. Also, there was no citation on my car from the police department when I picked my car up. I called the police station to see who had called the towing company to have my car towed and the reason for the tow and they informed me it was Officer Rafael Serrano for snow removal. I am attaching a picture of the the signs and the tow company receipt, where it shows the times when they were dispatched and when my car was towed. I would like to have this payed back to me because there is no reason why my car was towed. |
