| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | At approximately 9:08 PM, I was slowly turning into Fourth St. from Broadway. As soon as I turned, there's a lot of raised manholes and potholes. As soon as I'm turning, my car's tires to pop due to my car's tire falling into a pothole and hitting the raised manhole. It was too dark to see the manholes and potholes. All of broadway has raised manholes but are spray painted brightly in order for drivers to see them at night. The damage is on the inside of my tire and rim. |
