Project Description
Describe the location and your goals for your Decorative Crosswalk. | Spring and College is a T-intersection directly beneath the elevated Metro Gold Line Chinatown Station. Immediately located at this intersection is a Metro Bike Share station as well. Design for the Chinatown Station structure features traditional Chinese inspirations such as sweeping roof lines, brightly colored eaves, and lattice metal work reminiscent of window screens. As a heavily used crosswalk, we feel that a decorative design echoing motifs found in the Station would improve the pedestrian experience for our Metro users. |
