| Describe the location and your goals for your Decorative Crosswalk. | Location: Add a decorative crosswalk at the intersection of Sepulveda and Manchester. Goals: 1) To demark the pedestrian oriented, Westchester Town Center business district. 2) To attract additional pedestrian use within the Westchester Town Center business district. 3) To enhance the aesthetics of the Westchester Town Center business district. 4) To incentivize investment of local streetscape association (WSIA) funding for a matching decorative crosswalk within the Westchester Town Center business district. |
