Project Description
Describe the location and your goals for your Decorative Crosswalk. | Watt Companies is currently engaged in a Joint Development with LA Metro and LA County on a Joint Development to construction 400+ Multifamily units (20% Affordable Housing) and 40,000 SF of commercial and community space along the pedestrian level. The project is located along two transit sites, the Expo Line and soon to be open Crenshaw LAX Line, at the Exposition and Crenshaw intersection. The project spans two parcels across Crenshaw Blvd.. The intent of a decorative crosswalk would be to 'connect' the two parcels, creating a unified and pedestrian friendly experience for residents, shoppers, and transit riders. |
