| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | At around 9pm, Friday, August 6th, I was driving outbound on broadway towards Revere. On about 951 Broadway, Chelsea, where the street seemed normal, I drove into a deep pothole, where my vehicle instantly got damage. There were no cones around nor any signs to prevent me to drive into this pot hole. After inspection of my vehicle, the damage found was driver’s side fender liner broke off & rivets that hold them in place were ripped apart. Also the impact from the incident shifted the front bumper on driver’s side. |
