Project Description
Describe the location and your goals for your Decorative Crosswalk. | San Pedro has been designated as one of 14 California Cultural Districts by the State of California. We think public art projects such as intersection murals and decorative crosswalks bring vibrancy and unique way-finding clues to visitors and residents. Marked crosswalks and intersection murals are an essential tool for helping pedestrians move safely, conveniently and predictably across roadways. Crosswalks and intersection murals can also provide a unique streetscape design treatment to emphasize pedestrians’ presence and primacy. |
