| Resolution of the issue or concern | Returned call to Mr. Kerr. Provided him the explanation that I had contacted the company that owns the Richford Arms (Beacon Communities) - Beacon Communities claims that they have a Property Maintenance team that handles the Richford Arms daily - I explained to Mr. Kerr that when I requested a number that tenants could utilized to call if necessary - Beacon Communities stated that they would have to get back to me with a number after a group of them at headquarters met to discuss the issue. |
