| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | On The Date Of 12-20-20 9pm My Car Was Towed By Todisco Tow Company On Cross Street. The City Of Chelsea D.P.W. Had Many Visible Signs For No Parking On Cross Street For Dates Of Street Cleaning And Snow Removal For Date Of 12-19-20. On Sunday 12-20-20 My Day Of Rest From Work I Recently Started. On Sundays I Have No Worries Of Parking Meters Because They Are All Off So I Have No Worries For Tickets Or To Be Towed. I Have Been Parking On Cross Street For 2Years Without Any Problems I Avoided Parking On Cross Street During The Times For Street Cleaning And Snow Removal Signs Posted For Date Of 12-19-20. But My Car Was Towed On 12-20-20 A Sunday Also No Visible Signs At All For Street Cleaning Or Snow Removal For The Date Of 12-20-20 None. So My Car Should Not Have Been Towed. I Was Told By Chelsea Police And A City Hall Worker To Make A Claim For Reimbursement Of $145.00 The Cost To Release My Car From Todisco Tow Company To Get My Car Back. I Have Pictures Of Signs By DPW And Pictures For Visible Street Signs Of Dates And Times Of Street Cleaning And Snow Removal For When A Car Would Be Towed. My Car Was Not In Any Violation At All During The Date Of Sunday 12-20-20. Due To The Pandimic My Money Has Been Very Limited Due To Just Starting A New Job At The Beginning Of December 2020. I Was Not In Any Violation And Have Pictures To Prove It. And Humbly Ask To Be Reimbursed For $145.00 The Tow Cost Of My Car To Be Released From Todisco Tow Company. Thank You. |
