Restaurant/Dining Use

Describe how the private space will be used for restaurant/dining use We would like to use the west side of our roof as a temporary expansion of our lounge/restaurant garden on the eastside of he roof. Having to have moved tables and lounge chairs etc off of the existing area and not having any of our indoor seating for the restaurant has greatly impacted our business and limits our capacity for total hotel guests possible. Since we are a completely private hotel we have had to limit occupancy of our rooms to about 40% which in turn has hit our restaurant even harder. Would love to create a casual lounge area with plenty of space where guests can nibble on food and relax while staying completely safe. All areas such as access, parking, path of travel etc will stay the exact same since that is valet and down on the ground floor and none of this will impact the public in any way.

I acknowledge I and my successors in interest, shall hold the City of West Hollywood, its officers, agents, and employees free and harmless from any claims for damages to persons or property including legal fees and costs of defending any actions or suits thereon, including appeals therefrom, which may result from granting this permit. ---
