Describe your concern Before and after church services (Fellowship Monrovia) numerous pedestrians cross Huntington Boulevard at Mountain Street. Eastbound traffic races through the yellow light and Southbound traffic making an eastbound turn do not always see the pedestrians crossing the street. The church has volunteers to help people cross the street but the cross walk could be more visible and safe with flashing yellow lights to indicate that pedestrians are crossing.
