I found myself getting stuck and several places during my use of the website. I think that navigation could be a bit clearer. Also, I don't think that you should have the ability to launch multiple plans at once. This is a source of confusion and I found myself wasting a lot of time trying to figure out were to go next. Also, I think you should be able to skip around the plan without having to complete the previous steps.
