Please submit three (3) stapled hard copy sets of latest plans (24"x36" minimum) to our office at 11575 Maxwell Road Alpharetta, GA 30009 and logon to: https://go.citygrows.com/fulton-county-water-services/ to pay $250.00 CWD permit fee, upload all required documents, and complete the approval process. Pumping frequency will be quarterly.
