| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | Raining day around 3:30 pm took a left off Stockton ST. on to Broadway Chelsea, number of raised manhole covers, some with cones # without. Lot of traffic .Difficult to navigate thru. Going very slow was forced to go over one Raised one higher than anticipated . I couldn't go around it or back up. I felt a scraping sound than broom broom. I said to my daughter is that me? She answered oh its behind you. as I continued to go forward noise got much much Lowder it was me . went towards home I knew I couldnt go in my driveway Couldn't park it on the street ended res sticker |
