Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly On June 2, 2025, at approximately 8:20 Pm, I was driving on Broadway Street, heading towards revere . As I approached a section of the roadway that appeared to be under partial construction or in poor condition, I noticed that the surface was uneven and unpaved in multiple spots. The road was littered with several exposed or loosely covered sewer caps that were raised above the surrounding surface. There were no visible warning signs, cones, or barriers to indicate potential hazards in this section. As I attempted to maintain a safe speed, I was forced to navigate over or around these sewer caps, but one of them—protruding significantly from the road—caused a sudden and jarring impact to my vehicle’s front right tire. Immediately after the impact, I noticed a change in the handling of my vehicle. I pulled over safely to inspect the damage and found that the back left tire had gone completely flat. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that the tire had sustained sidewall damage consistent with striking a hard, uneven object such as a raised sewer cap. This incident was not the result of negligence or reckless driving on my part; rather, it was caused by the hazardous and poorly maintained condition of the roadway. The combination of the unpaved surface and the unmarked, elevated sewer caps created an unavoidable risk to passing vehicles.
