Describe your telecommute program. Currently 80% of our employees telecommute. The average number of days per week employees are allowed to telecommute is 3 days per week. Employees must first discuss their working arrangements with their supervisor and then their supervising partner. The office manager is notified and a request for IT set up and equipment is then processed. Any time an employee wants to add a day they must get prior approval before changing their schedule.
