Scope of Work Project Description |
The project site is located at a corner block bordered by Colwell, Dinwiddie and Our Way. The lot is predominantly a grassy field with a steep, overgrown slope which carries the surface elevation from Colwell Street to Our Way with significant topographic relief. It included multiple abandoned foundations, buried construction debris and two abandoned houses. A six story passive residential apartment building is proposed at the lot. Site improvements include subsurface stormwater storage to capture the building and parking lot. The ROW improvements include new sidewalk and repaving along Our Way and portions of Colwell and Dinwiddie Street.
