| Describe your concern | There is a heavy flow of traffic during all times of day and constantly speeding vehicles using Shamrock to access the northern part of city. There is also a motorhome that blocks the long range view when cars make an attempt to turn either north or south on Shamrock from Valley View Ave that causes near miss accidents because drivers cannot see past the motorhome parked at the location. A 3-way stop sign is requested at that intersection to prevent people from colliding |
