Although we acknowledge the efforts of everyone nationwide - we maintain a local focus on the events and people within our community. Our acknowledgment of individual accomplishments and/or specific themes is handled in the form of a Proclamation or Commendation and are typically issued to local individuals and/or groups who represent the same themes you have described..
