| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | In January 22 20225 The Electrical Service coming into our Chelsea Branch was cut during street Contruction. The Branch was without heat for 1 week. We had to call our electrician to standby for Eversource and check power and Phase rotation after the new wire was install from the manhole in the street to our banking center. |
