I am writing to formally report a claim regarding a pothole at the intersection of 2nd Street and Market Street in Chelsea, MA. On February 17, 2025, at approximately 12:15 PM, I was driving in this area when my vehicle encountered a pothole that was obscured due to darkness and snow coverage. As a result, both tires on the passenger side of my vehicle sustained severe damage and exploded upon impact. This incident required me to replace both tires, incurring a total cost of $675.
