Oak Hill Apartments is applying for Pennsylvania Housing Finance Low Income Housing Tax Credits to restore units that are to be demolished between 211-259 Burrows Street. Among the many requirements, our application requires we include a Water & Sewer Availability Letter of Confirmation.
Currently, the land parcel has 8 boarded-up buildings of 99-units, that last were occupied in late 2017. On this footprint, the proposed new Burrows Views development will create 205-rental units on 4.23 acres which are defined by Allegheny County land parcels 11-H-179-000, 11-H-215-000, 11-H-320-000, and 11-H-300-0000.
I attached a copy of the most recent PWSA Availability Certification. Unfortunately, the December 5, 2024, date exceeded the 60-day time period allowed for a February 11, 2025 submission. The same letter with a January date would be acceptable.
