| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | On Thursday, January 2, 2025, there was a wind advisory on the forecast, dry weather condition. I parked my Mercedez, model # C300W4, license plate 3DCZ47 on a parking spot #147, feed the meter and proceed to the front door of Chelsea City Hall, to get information on a parking ticket. Came out of the Chelsea City Hall towards my car and found tree branches on ground and when I look at my car there was dents and scrapes on the hood of my car. I got inside my car and a good Samaritan told me that she saw the branch fall on the hood of my car. The good Samaritan didn't want to leave name, she can hardly speak English. The tree is located in front 0f Chelsea City Hall property. When the accident happens, I called the Chelsea City Clerk's Office to inquired about the process of filling a claim. I took a couple of pictures of tree branches and hood of my car. Chelsea City Hall surveillance camera in Broadway captured the accident. |
