| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | Trip-and-fall accident occurred on December 6, 2024, at or around: 114 Spruce Street Chelsea, MA 02150. On that date, Mr. Flint was walking North East along the right side of the Spruce Street sidewalk when a uneven segment of the sidewalk's pavement caused him to sustain injuries to his person when he tripped and fell. The defective sidewalk picture has been attached along with a notice of an injury caused by a defect in a public way under MGLc 258 Sec 4. |
