| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | I was driving home from school that afternoon when I encountered a truck (USDOT: 17392, Unified Contracting) at an intersection. I was turning right, and the truck was turning left; we both reached the intersection at the same time. I made the right turn first, and when the truck driver saw me, he began his left turn. Due to limited space, we both ended up stopped in the middle of the road. However, the truck driver did not hesitate and drove past me, colliding with my car, then fled the scene. According to Ryan Rear, the project manager at Unified Contracting, the truck driver was waiting for me at another intersection but did not see me stop by, which led him to leave. I believe this was an act of road rage. Please find my video and the email correspondence I had with their project manager. |
