Oak Hill Apartments is in the process of applying for Pennsylvania Housing Finance Low Income Housing Tax Credits to restore units to 218-259 Burrows Street. Among the many requirements, our application requires we include a Water & Sewer Availability Letter of Confirmation.
Currently there are 8 boarded-up buildings with 99-units, that last were occupied in late 2017. On their footprint, the proposed new Burrows Views development will create 205-rental units on 3.17 acres which are Allegheny County land parcels 11-H-179-000, 11-H-215-000, and 11-H-320-000. The new development will demolish the existing buildings.
