| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | The city of chelsea is currently conducting some repairs to the sidewalks, and while tearing the concrete up, they damaged my home's foundation - photo attached. You will see the bricks damaged and thrown where the excavation occurred. You may find that the foundation got damaged right at the line where the construction demolished the old sidewalk. I would like all constructions to be placed on where it got affected, and my foundation repaired as I am concerned about structural damages to my property. if construction continues , and they cover the broken foundational bricks with cement, the foundation issue will not be prepared and it will cause structural issues in the future. As you can also see my foundation is also starting to crack above the line where it was severely damaged. |
