| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | On 9/22/2024 at approx. 11:15pm I struck a large pothole on Revere Beach Pkwy eastbound lane#1 just after the Broadway on/off ramp. This pothole bent the two driver's side rims and popped the front drivers' side tire. All needing replacement. |
