The objective of the event is to establish a secure environment where members of the recovery and sobriety community can celebrate the arrival of the New Year without the fear of substances present. With the support of the City of West Hollywood, this event is made possible, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all community members.

According to Magnified Health Systems, West Hollywood ranks among the top cities in LA County for drug and alcohol use. The city is also home to numerous treatment and substance recovery centers, providing residents with access to vital support. Hosting a sober event within this community offers a safe and welcoming space for individuals to celebrate the holiday free from triggers and the risk of relapse.
