| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | The city did work pulling up and replacing the sidewalk in front of our condo. In the process, the company ruined part of our new steps put in last year. As pictured, the cement poured did not come up high enough and left a ledge that is a tripping hazard. The company also removed a white side panel from a step that they had nailed wood into in order to reinforce the cement pour. |
