At intersection of Santa Fe Place & El Norte Street behind Troy Burgers people do not stop when turning left towards Myrtle Ave or turning right on El Norte Street especially during the school session at Santa Fe. My daughter, myself and neighbors have almost gotten into an accident because people fall to stop.People are using the alley (Santa Fe Place) to avoid the intersection we need what ever means to slow down traffic. Cars are still speeding down El Norte Street in spite of the newly installed speed bumps. Any assessment by your Committee will be greatly appreciated
