Describe your concern	I cannot safely back out of my driveway when cars are parked on both sides of the street. There are cars going fast both from my right and from my left and with parked cars on both sides of the street, I am risking getting hit because it's difficult to get my car pointed either North or South. I would like a portion of the curb next to my house painted red.
