Describe your telecommute program. Once trained our employees are allowed to telecommute to work. We have about 10 employees who live more than 15 miles from the office. They are allowed to telecommute 100% of the time. Other employees telecommute 2-3 days per week. We encourage all eligible employees to telecommute at lease two days per week. Only basic support staff and new hires cannot telecommute.
