When heading southbound on HWY Esplanade towards Huntington, if a car is parked in the first street parking space east of the e-bike shop and there is another car waiting at the red light to turn left or go straight on Huntington, it blocks traffic from making a right on red. The light tends to be long as Huntington traffic is prioritized (and rightly so) to keep things flowing. The business has a private parking lot and several gray curbs in front of the shop (north side), so I think this would cause little negative impact to them, but would be a great help to those of us who frequent that light, especially during traffic hours! I really appreciate your considerations!
