| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | Hi Team, As we know, the Sumner tunnel will close in a couple of weeks for a month. I live in East Boston, and I must travel from Chelsea to East Boston. Unfortunately, there are a couple of deep potholes or craters in Pearl Street, leaving Chelsea and entering East Boston. On rainy days, you can't see the potholes, and unfortunately, you have to hit the potholes to avoid hitting the cars on the left side. I took some pictures to show you how bad the street looks. I went to a local mechanic shop to fix my suspension, and I had to pay out of pocket for something the city could've fixed. I will add the receipt to the claim as well. Please let me know if I can get a reimbursement from my spending. |
