As a muralist and studio artist, my work is known for it's bold graphics, silhouetted forms and vibrant color.
In the past 5 years, I have turned my attention to large site specific designs and murals for commercial buildings, with multiple exterior murals in Chicago, Wisconsin and Georgia. I have also worked with young artists on community mural projects, with several school courtyard commissions that feature the student artwork in the compositions. My concept for the Richmond Mural is for a scene that represents the natural conservation areas and parks in the area. The path represents the many nature walks, with birds and natural foliage wild grasses etc. The Kayaker represents the outdoor spirit and the enjoyment and outdoor recreation opportunities. I would be happy to work further with your review team and provide changes to the design if needed.
