Please Provide a 1-2 Paragraph Narrative Describing the Design Concept	I’m Diana a local artist and 5 year resident to Richmond. I reside in a building downtown built in 1907 , and I absolutely love this town and all its historic beauty. I walk daily taking photos and sharing them on the Richmond Facebook sites. I’m ecstatic to share with you all that I have had the privilege to absorb and create ! My masterpiece mural is created in a whimsical form of realism and historical imagery, the collage is created by everything that has inspired me! The natural resources of local honey bees, the monarch butterfly which is slowly becoming scarce, The Nippersink Creek, Prairie Bike Trail which I enjoy kayaking or riding on in search of cranes , turtles, frogs and other wildlife. Incorporating where history meets nature and evolution. Choosing what I wanted to incorporate was difficult as there are so many amazing historical hidden gems, but the district, local clock, and my favorite William McConnell Historical Bridge were high on my list of course! Obviously the people and businesses what make it exciting and fun , therefore the chocolate covered strawberry In great honor of Anderson’s over 100 years candy shop, and “Walnut” the Squirrel sipping on a local Martini from a local restaurant are just a few fun images that add to piece!
