| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | Today after speaking to Mark Gallagher he informed me damages were made to my property in the basement. A piece of concrete fell into my basement damaging my washer and dryer , flooring , ceiling, walls, and there is an opening in the ceiling that connects into the sidewalk. I have called multiple times to speak to Hector Prieto, Leonardo Buzzalino, and i have left messages with Carmen and no one is calling me back. I am concerned a Burglar might be able to get into my house, or rain into my basement. Please expedite this as soon as you can. |
