Please Provide a 1-2 Paragraph Narrative Describing the Design Concept My art concept is inspired by the stunning natural beauty of the Prairie Trail, what I believe to be a cultural staple of Richmond and the surrounding areas. As a local artist that serves the town, when I think of Richmond, IL, I think of this path. I love the perfect pairing of the bustling main town, juxtaposed with the quiet serenity of the trail. So much love went into selecting the details in this piece to bring it to life and offer something special for any viewer of the artwork. Featured is the Historic Wooden Bridge that straddles the path. An iconic landmark that was once part of a set; its twin bridge already lost to time. The bridge deserves to be captured in a way that will preserve its history for future generations. Just as one does while trekking the path, the viewer's eye wanders through the piece, and hidden characters emerge. Nesting mourning doves, the eastern cottontail rabbit watching a red fox pass by, the raccoon hiding in his black walnut tree home. Up in the sky, a whooping crane flies over the maples. White-tailed deer watch meekly from the forest as monarch butterflies pollinate a four-leaf milkweed plant as bees hover nearby. All existing in perfect harmony with each other, and all in need of our protection. This mural concept is designed to be visually pleasing and attention-grabbing from the road for passerby traffic, as well as being an ideal spot for taking photos "under the bridge" or beside the animals. I have watermarked this image with my logo, The watermark would be omitted from the final design on the wall.
