| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | Hello. The City of Chelsea ordered a lead pipe replacement on our building. However, after the work was completed the construction team left asphalt instead of concrete on our sidewalk. Hoping to get this replaced back to concrete. | Describe the Conditions you choose | N&M Excavating was hired by the City of Chelsea to replace a lead pipe in our building. The company completed the work but left asphalt on the sidewalk area instead of concrete. I'm hoping to have our sidewalk replaced back to concrete. |
