It was a pleasure meeting Bob on 5/1/24. There was floating substance on the upstream side of the fallen tree branch. I had sewers vac out the substance on 5/2/24. we returned on 5/3/24 to remove the large branch but noticed more substance coming from Millcreek. we will return next week to sample the water for oil and grease and after we take the sample, we will remove the remaining substance and the fallen branch.
