ENGINEERING: After further investigation, we found that the pipe in the front by the sidewalk is no longer in place. The retaining wall between the properties is in bad shape and Code Enforcement is going to talk to the landowner (neighbor) about repair to possibly help with the water. The field inspector also saw all the natural grade was to her backyard.
