Hello Mas,
We are aware of the dead/dying tree and are looking into our options to have it removed as quickly, safely and affordably as possible. It is too big for us to remove it in-house. We have requested that Penelec look at it and possibly remove it as it is near utility lines. If they decline, we will be forced to contract it out, which will be very expensive. We are waiting for Penelec's reply.
