Property is 2315-2317 Wayne. IS owned by the ERA. Property has gone out for bid and awarded in Jan of 24. Permits have not been acquired for demo as of yet. Structure will be Demo'd this year sometime. Depending on weather and schedule of contractor. Empire Demolishing is the contractor won the bid to tear down. No action required for Code Enforcement at this time.
