Good afternoon: We are limited as to what we can do with this property because it is tied up in Bankruptcy Court. It has been Blighted and pushed as far as we legally can until this resolves. I did go this afternoon and reboard the back door. I also secured the front storm door which seemed to be swinging/slamming in the wind. If the grass gets excessively high, we can file a lien and have the Parks Dept mow at a later date. I also posted a "Keep Out" sticker on the back door so feel free to call the police when trespassers are spotted as it is an uninhabitable structure. We are doing everything we can with this property and appreciate your patience. Thank you and have a great day.
