Hi Janice,
I reached out to Penelec again about the ongoing issue with the poles in the alley behind 552 W 8th St. The last update I received from them was in January saying that the old pole cannot be removed until Verizon transfers its facilities. I asked for an update on the transfer and a status on the removal. I will try to give you a call if I get a response from Penelec but when I called earlier it appears your voicemail hasn't been set up.
