EPD Response: Since 38th St, is a state route, Street markings are usually performed by Penndot however i will speak with paint and sign division. As for Coaches I am aware of this issue and have tagged vehicles multiple times for parking on the west side of Elmwood. However most of the parking issues there are after our shift has ended 3pm. I would recommend speaking to a patrol supervisor to have 2nd shift patrol cars hit this area.
