| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | On 1/11 I was on my way to the Chelsea planet fitness. While driving on Stockton st I drove over a soft spot on the road which later turned into a pothole. This caused severe damage to my under carriage including rims, brake line, under cover, etc. |
