When travelling east bound on Royal Oaks Drive at the Mountain Ave intersection, visibility of the sound bound traffic is obsured by a traffic signal pole, a crosswalk signal pole, a palm tree, an oak tree and a fence. A car stopping behind the crosswalk has only about 1/2 a car of visibility. If they pull into the crosswalk, they can get about 2 cars of visibility. However, south bound traffic on Mountain Ave is often close to 50 mph. There also anectodally have been many accidents at that intersection. I propose on "no right turn on red" sign for the east bound traffic on Royal Oaks Drive at the Mountain Ave intersection.
