Juneteenth celebrates freedom in respect to African Americans yet as we celebrate, the focus will be on what freedom stands for in our BIPOC community. Members of the Chelsea community come from so many countries in pursuit of freedom. Therefore, we will celebrate freedom and liberty for all people.
Project will promote education, awareness, bring history and information on Afrcan American Culture through performance, music, dance, visibility tables, information and different cultural foods.
Unifying community collaboration in partnership with residents, guest, organizations, business, CPD, municipality.

CBC will not be able to provide an impactful, engaging, educational community event on this historical holiday. We will not be able to provide the scope of service, engagement, and information to the large diverse attendees as in the past.
